I am proud to say that all my cakes are produced to the highest standard. I only use free range eggs and fair trade cocoa. My kitchen is registered with the local council, I hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 and I also have public liability insurance.

All my products contain dairy and gluten. Please note that I do use nuts in my kitchen, therefore I cannot guarantee any of my cakes to be completely nut free. If you do have any specific dietary requirements please let me know.

Although I make most flavours and types of cake the most popular by a mile is a good old Victoria sponge with vanilla butter icing and raspberry jam. My chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling is the runner-up, however my chocolate Guinness cake and carrot cakes are popular choices too.

People often ask me how much it will cost for a bespoke cake. The prices for a cake can vary depending on the cake size required and the time involved for decoration. The level of work, design and specialist ingredients can vary and this will impact on the final cost of a cake. It’s always best to be as exact as you can with your requirements and ask for a quote.

Anyway, enough of the boring stuff, why not have a look at some more cakes, find out a bit about me or read my latest blog.
